True, same cc also can.. However, if he's done and or intends to do nothing wrong like going against their TnC, then he doesn't need to go through all those hoops just to have a fully functioning primary account. His call though. My account has decent history and rapport with Lzd... So I chose to keep it.
Wow.. That's something new, can top up wallet but can't use it for payment. Actually my case was simple, I logged in 2 accounts in one device - 1 being almost a dormant account that created ages ago which I used to buy an electrical item for my parents - using my CC but not not my hp no since item was to be delivered to parents home. Then recently I just started using Lazada again, I registered with another email address instead. I was dumb thinking I'd earn extra $$ from group play so I guess that was why I can't enjoy the group play benefit. However, I already informed them to close/deactivate the old account but I'm still unable to send out group play invitation till now. They could only offer RM10 voucher telling me they aren't sure when the problem would be resolved. 😅

From what I know u can't email them directly.. U will receive auto reply saying email not received unless u receive email update from them then u may continue to communicate with them. Based on personal experience, they could even shoot u an email claiming case closed and u have to chat with them if u have further inquiries.
