I always couldn't make it to the fastest 200 winners in Guess it so when they increased to 500 winners, finally managed to earn some. Problem was I didn't click collect prize for the first & second times.. Do u know if the money will be credited? Only realized the third time I won there was this 'collect prize' button..

Speaking of one year ban, I can't play Group Play anymore. Anyone knows if gonna be just a year ban like u mentioned or forever? I got this dupped account but already closed it. Who knows I still can't play.. Current error message sounds horrible -'You have met the Group Play Lifetime session cap (30 times)'. Sounds like it's banded FOREVER!!!

So I assume u consider keeping the item? I think if u agree to the offer, they r going to update the voucher as credit in your account. But 20 vouchers sound like not stackable & in order to use them u gotta separate into 20 orders? Correct me if im wrong, not a frequent Lazada buyer.

Exactly! Sometimes they just simply copy & paste answers from the standard template I guess. Once I hadn't even told CS about my case, had only provided my order no, the CS copied an apology response. I was like WHAT!!!!

There are times, most of the times the CS is not responding to the questions and gone missing. Or they will simply tell u they will let the relevant department know and update you via email within 48 hours. And u may just lucky to receive any update from email or they simply tell u the case is closed. There u go again to repeat the whole process by repeating your story to another CS.

I used wallets including coupons/rebate from previous purchase + the live thingy to buy stuffs from one seller. Some of the items r defective which seller agreed to refund, everything was completed as I got the refund etc. However, I noticed once the $$$ refunded to my wallet, those coupons I used to make purchase are expired which I suspect because of the refund. Is there anything Lazada could do about it?

Tried chatting with CS, the CS purposely ignored and left the chat. Asked for my name at the beginning which I already told her then I went on with my story. Then suddenly this CS asked for my name again! So I screenshot my reply and told her I already gave her my name!

Then she asked for order no, shipping no, shipping details and before I could reply she was gone after asking 'are we still connected' - certainly connected la I'm using Wi-Fi okay.. Now have to find another CS, not in d mood to do so yet.

I tried it after 10pm and it's still working now but too bad I already bought the items I wanted. Wanna cancel but I can't cuz seller already packed the item (too fast, impossible - China seller).

I seriously don't think they packed already, prob just to retrieve tracking no or avoid cancellation. Tried chatting with them to assist to cancel while I would immediately reorder but no response till now 😂 next time I should be smart to wait for a better discount code shopping in Lazada.

Btw, can anyone advise those vouchers we collect in advance will be fully redeemed (just like Shopie) if we don't act fast?
