doubt u can disable it.

Then why the hell this CS advised me to disable the account! I can't even locate the disable button, I even searched in the Help section - it states unable to delete account. So I'm permanently banned from playing Group Play or what!!! Anyone shares the same experience?

For that account I don't even use.. And I did try using it to join the group I created once but then no more since I couldn't join. Then almost a month later another account of mine suddenly violated TnC 😣

I also kena ban, the issue lies with lazada cause there's a lot of ppl who didn't violate but still get that message. really nothing else we can do. just use up all the rebate before it expires and hope that we get un-ban later.
