Mine also same, anybody order sudah shipped out?

Yesterday someone from seller call me inform my car charger no stock, will courier on Friday.

She say courier 3 usb cable 1st. But i just receive 3 empty bag.


Nothing inside. Empty bag.

check your tracker page, got mention pass to whom, example for mine, is said pass to "Your package is in the process of being shipped out to LEX MY."

Guy.....I ordered Friso 1.2kg for 12 boxes on 12 July 2019, Lazada split to 3 shipment, they only delivery me 9 boxes. 1st and second shipment contant 3 boxes each total 6, 3rd shipment it say delivery me 6 boxes, when I open it out, it only show 3 boxes. I complaint since Monday, everyday calling them they keep telling me wait for 24 to 48 hours. I'm actually wait for more than 108 hours already.......what should I do......very bad service now.

Compare to China Taobao, they are more responsible VS here.......In Malaysia missing or no ship also not respond.....really bad !!!

Same order or split? I also bought 4 sets x 1.2kg (x3) Friso 3 and 4 x 1.2kg (x3) Friso 4...total 8 sets split to 2 orders. Each set one box containing 3 1.2kg boxes right?

Got mine delivered safely, so far no issues all this while luckily.

Last time I got a damaged Friso can, I returned it. You might want to consider returning / refunding the order with the missing batch if there's no response on when they are delivering it. Only hassle might be returning that particular order..

I think he FFK dy, cause I bought something else from his store on that day, and the items already shipped Monday and reached Malaysia courier today.
