Same here, came back to Laz 3 weeks ago cos of VC. 5 purchases in Dec. 23 pages of purchases in Jan. Been collecting Hero vouchers almost daily but none today.

Agreed, the voucher club is very effective. I switched to Lazada overnight because of it, the daily free shipping vouchers, the 12pm Hero Vouchers and the occasional Voucher Strike. Basically ignored Shopee for the whole of Jan.

You're not alone. I have 3 orders from the same CN seller. All courier LEX.

First one is stuck in Puchong. Ordered 18/1. Arrived Puchong 23/1. Still there.

The second one seems to be progressing normally. Ordered 24/1. Puchong 29/1. Local hub 30/1.

Third is still on the way from CN. Ordered 26/1

Poslaju even weirder. This one is a local Shopee seller. Arrived in local hub then next day send to Puchong hub and delivered to wrong recipient. What is it with Puchong?

Half expecting that my first package is lost. Second one was delivered today which is the norm, one day at Puchong, one day to local hub and then one more day or sometimes the same day for delivery.

Update: 3rd package left CN this morning, 31 Jan and ordered 2 more items.

Here's an update to mine.

#1 is still stuck at Puchong. Today, 3/2 is the last day of the estimated delivery date. I chatted with CS yesterday and they said that they will look into it. Also gave me a RM5 voucher which was nice. My feeling is that the parcel is lost. Nothing too important, just an iPhone case but I'll have to order it again.

#2 ordered on 24/1 was at Puchong on 29/1, local hub on 30/1 and delivered on 30/1.

#3 from 26/1 was at Puchong on 31/1 and local hub on 3/2. Quite possible that delivery will be today.

#4 & #5 from 31/1 packed and not shipped.

All of the above are CN orders and coincidentally from the same seller.

Local ones via LEX:
#6 and #7 from 25/1, Puchong 28/1, local hub 28/1 and delivered 29/1

Overall, looks pretty good to me except for that #1 anomaly.

Yeah, Laz vouchers count from the exact time you collect them. I also kena before. I love those that expire at 12am on so and so date cos you can't actually use it on so and so date.

Nice. Is this the Gigabyte Eagle RM2099? I bought the same thing. -200 bonus and - 30 Lazzie but forgot to key-in - 18 MBB. :-( When I ordered on 5/5, there were 9 left. On that same morning, there was a Palit 3060 Ti for RM2328 -230-30-10Shop-bank but I was too slow. Found out the next day that my friend bought it.

Yeah, definitely. I was half aiming for that particular 3060 Ti. It suddenly popped back into my cart that morning. Still, after all the discounts, it was over my budget of 2k so I went down to make a cup of coffee and let fate decide. Came back to the computer and it was gone. LOL.

I redeemed Grab GSC RM15 reward. However when I bought 2 x RM12 tickets online for Dr Strange, it only deducted RM12 from the total. Contacted CS on the same day.

Yeah, Flash very fast. Last month quite a few orders delivered by Flash but this month, not a single one. Their hub must be close by my house, always deliver early morning.

Speak of the devil, one of my Laz orders allocated Flash.

And why is Ninjavan getting so much business, Even Zalora allocated my order to Ninja this morning. Definitely can see a slowdown in Ninja deliveries.
