Many of my orders delayed as well. Buying some office supplies etc.

Just info for Gdex, their HQ is down, since MCO they(small warehouse on each area) can't contact HQ, as HQ got most people not working since MCO.

If you want to change the address, no method as no one in HQ can process the request for you, if you got friends nearby your old address or the warehouse, let them pick up for you.

Also based on my latest info, for the delivery lorry, they can't even move like 5 KM away, unsure why this is a issues for Melaka area(maybe just the University area got heavy MCO because lot of stupid university student that die die want to travel...).

So far, once the package pickup and in transmit, NinjaVan/J&T for my Melaka/N.Sembilan area will be delivery on next day.
(ya, half/half area, just Google and you know where it is. )
No news for Gdex because for orders after MCO, my item that send via Gdex is not pickup yet.

I am in the exact scenario, 2 items: 1 from Russel Taylor and 1 from Lzd Grocery Store. RT item has been shipped since 2 days ago but no update since then. As for the groceries, still under "Processing" until now. Looking back at some of the reviews, some mentioned bought at 27th and received at 28th but mine no update yet. Ayam sad

Is it from Lazmall ? If yes u will auto receive RM5.

Otherwise might be hard to get since its MCO now seller may not able to ship out or courier cant ship to your location
