Old iPhone 6s and iPhone 13 Pro.
Not sure if router is the actual reason but that's the only thing I changed recently. Ping to where? If ping to 8.8.8.8 is usually 5-6ms. No high priority to Laz. Just basic router config. no QoS. Only thing major I changed is that I disabled Fasttrack (aka hardware NAT, acceleration, CTF, etc...) since the new router can handle Unifi 800Mbps without NAT acceleration.
