I think Digi RM 1/hour is different from Digi RM 8/day. I could be wrong but based on others' experience as I have not tried before.

Now I can confirm the max speed is around 50Mbps for digi , the full speed on RM8 daily will be the same. I guess.
Before than I need to get a RM8 subscription and test at my area.

Download ? or upload or both ? yep test first before buying but non of mobile phone having 4G+ so i can't get a full speed 50mbps.

Both upload and download speeds were capped at 0.5 Mbps after 20GBs I think. Even with 4G+, band locked with HManager.

But if you're just testing it for coverage and speeds it should be fine. Don't think we can finish that all with just speedtests right?

Mine also ranging 18ms to 25ms.

Yea. My ping is high till over meter...
I think my area tower is ancient. I even can see the rust up there.
Mean the equipment already up there for years and nobody touch them in recent weeks or months.

I still accept the high ping. If me wanna play online(which less likely) I switch to 8m streamyx.

Also I think 5g will came to my area faster then Fibre do lol.....

Now ,how do you think I can get a B618 unlock ?
Currently since tm already stop offering the modem.

E-commerce sites still have stock, but ever since TM plugged the "loophole" the prices seems to be higher than before for the 65d variant.

Since if u sign Celcom package then they give you router, why still have people buy router from these seller?

Buy from Celcom only locked to Celcom, cannot use on other telcos.

There are some seller just sell illegal modem. (steal by tricks)
illegal mean the modem they got are free of charge. (by registering the plan with celcom got free modem with 2 years contract)
They use random someone IC to register the plan (Home Wifi)
Then they sell the modem.

The price range between RM180 - RM 400 for celcom locked version. you can find everywhere online include lazada, shopee,corousell, mudah etc.

When it come to time, the victim( Who name / IC used by scammer to register the celcom plan), will need to pay the bill, termination fee and the cost of modem.

Not sure if its true.

But some saying it was sold backdoor.

Internal staff sold to them.

But if u can see those entered tender, the cosy of the modem was rm150 per device.

Therefore, the device is already cheap at the beginning

1. Using someone IC to get free modem then sell it.
2. Backdoor buying from Celcom staff.

The price Rm180 is bidding price from telco for school internet tender. The huawei modem price sell by Huawei is about 700%
- 900% higher than the actual cost. You can calculate yourself. Just like iPhone, you pay rm2000 for the manufacturer cost of rm200. That is how business run.

So, I'm not surprised when telco bidding for school internet project, the cost of Huawei b618 is about rm180 while the international market prices is about RM600- RM1200 for this modem.

But for Celcom locked b618-22d modem, there is something wrong if you buy from third party otherwise personal seller sell it after the contract end or after the penalty paid. What you can see people sell Celcom set everywhere without fears.

With bulk purchasers, price would be even cheaper then.

Your speed almost same as fiber internet.
I think you not need fiber already since your speed so ridiculous..

Unless supplier bulk purchase 100 units or 1000 units and depend how big volume you are..
