Getting Started

8K video is good. Basically can extract high quality 36MP (if no mistake) images out of 8K video recording. However, 8K recording need to have a lot of space. Camera sensor also makes huge different, data rate, power output, etc. Maybe it's possible only to record 8K 24p 3 or 10 minutes (max) on normal size apsc sensor camera only. Just search for picture of 8K full frame video camera.
Back to topic, better buy 55" 4K OLED TV instead. 55" is large enough, unlike 65" costs like a bomb.

QUOTE(PATAR @ Apr 12 2019, 02:27 PM) how much bandwith needed to stream/broadcast in 8k? dont think even Europe can even stream 4k over to tv content.. few years ago, even 1080 quality they only could stream 1080i and not 1080p quality. it's about interlacing and progressive if im not mistaken on the terms.

QUOTE(skyforcerld @ Apr 12 2019, 02:31 PM) Considering Netflix use 25Mbit for 4K, So 8K 50Mbit lor. Bear in mind this is also highly compressed video.... Bluray at 1080p already 30 to 50Mbit/s . cukur ada 800Mbit 64K also not scared.

You meant broadcast? Like our local DTV only broadcast 1080i max....Dolby Digital also dun have.. Streaming is on internet, Currently only NETFLIX and Youtube has any sort of 4K contents...but even these are highly compressed. A 4K Bluray disc will have bitrates from 80Mbit/s to 128Mbit/s. Netflix is only 25Mbit/s, so you can imagine the reduced quality. I think broadcasting is currently impossible and nowhere in the world has 4k broadcast.

QUOTE(skyforcerld @ Apr 12 2019, 03:44 PM) Much? It's really very little 4K contents in Netflix. Youtube got a bit more i think, but mostly like documentary. Not movies or TV shows (which will be illegal anyway). Documentaries in 4K is enough of a reason to buy a 4K TV
