say NO NO NO to our famous nasi lemak and curry. It contains lots of fat.
but the most important is still work out / exercise.

Anyone manage to loss weight during MCO or CMCO in 2020? I managed to loss 16kg. Tips: avoid to eat rice, bread, noodles, oily foods, sugar contained food, plus jogging and weight exercise. Totally effective.

Intermittent fasting. Eat Less carb and cut down unnecessary sugar intake. Exercise like jogging and planks. More hardcore, go to gym and build muscles, because muscles will eat away the fats. If do not want to go to the gym, can do exercises that can build muscles at home. Eat more protein based food like chicken breast, eggs, etc for muscle. Be consistent and never give up. Losing weight in a healthy way takes time. Good luck and all the best!
