Intermittent fasting. Eat Less carb and cut down unnecessary sugar intake. Exercise like jogging and planks. More hardcore, go to gym and build muscles, because muscles will eat away the fats. If do not want to go to the gym, can do exercises that can build muscles at home. Eat more protein based food like chicken breast, eggs, etc for muscle. Be consistent and never give up.
