TS, i noticed u didnt answer when ppl pointed out socar claimed the car battery was changed, not stolen.

The question now is, is the battery stolen or changed?

this means that when is under ur renting period if loss all is under u. Let say u rent monthly and one day the car is missing within the month, then is ur responsibility to pay for the vehicle.

Well no matter who right or wrong. Charging ur card without ur consent is wrong plain n simple. At least giv heads up before u charge ma. Unless written in T&C but so unethical

I think the battery was changed, not missing. And it was changed by one of the renters before TS. TS was "lucky" that the battery didn't die during his rental period. The next renter however couldn't start the car, then they blamed it on the last renter.

The person filing the incident report simply filed it with incorrect description of what took place. Instead of "changed", he put "missing". That helpdesk officer just read from the system. Garbage in garbage out.

these days they die2 want you to leave them enquiry on the app. even after discovering the roadtax and car plate doesn't match i need to report car accident only can tell them, then immediately asked to send them pic via app.
