Just found out that my unit is rooted either from the beginning or after I registered some Huawei stuffs.
Is this normal? Now looking for ways to unroot it as I need to use some finance related apps. |

No way it is rooted if it is 100% new. Better complaint to seller & Huawei Malaysia.

the speakers seem to be on the soft side....
any app or settings can help amplify without distorting the sound? |

If you meant Mate 20 pro? It is NORMAL. Can't do any.

Most of you charge your phone under 30% or charge above 50%? Because most of them say charge above 50% can prolong the battery life.
