Hi guys wta how reliable are these huawei service centres? My dads phone having battery problems and his speakers the sound sometimes loud sometimes soft, when he took it in after they run their diagnostic the repair quoted was rm300++. The things they need to change is battery and motherboard.
Wta sifu here could motherboard be the reason his speakers problem?

No is what is your problem. But spare part price all can get from My Huawei app (previously named Huawei Care) and labour fee only RM60. Usually cheaper than outside if you really want reliable n good service n warranty.

Yes you will but now only applicable to China spec models. It is nothing to do with Google Services since your original phone already come with it.

My phone battery is taking a hit after more than 1.5 years of extensive use. Since it is still under warranty, can I claim it? There was a popup from Huawei app (support) telling me that my battery is degrading but I am not able to find it anymore after clearing it.

My Huawei is the support app. Go test up your battery and see. If your phone still got warranty, you can call to check if cover battery not.

Compatible to Mate 20x, Mate 30 series & MediaPad M5 series only. The pen almost extinct since better version out after this.
