Hi,

I've been using unifi mobile postpaid on my phone (Sony Xperia 10 III) running dual-sim.

Suddenly, got this SMS telling me I've use it on non-mobile device.



Submit support ticket to then got this...



But I have not receive any call from them for "verification".

Few minutes later my line got suspended!

Have live chat with them, they warn me I commit offense for using it on device other than smartphone, breaching AUP.

Now they telling me to wait, until now my line still suspended. Do anybody here experience this?

Do Unifi mobile postpaid doesn't support dual-sim?

Do Unifi mobile postpaid can ONLY be use on SMARTPHONE?

Might be the system mistakenly identify your Sony smartphone as a non-approved devices, they might forgot Sony still have phone.

Lodge report to MCMC and attached evidence such as phone model & IMEI that the sim currently using.

Anyone here staying in bandar baru bangi or kajang area plus using unifi mobile, how was the coverage?

5G coverage should be the same across carriers.

Not sure about Bangi specifically but.

Unifi can use Maxis towers but will prefer their own infra when available. And it appears it extends to indoors too so unlike Yes, I can get indoor service with Unifi wherever there's Maxis.

Their native network ain't too shabby. Much better than Yes but uploads are still meh because it's TDD LTE.

Mine is not in grace period but it shows up.

Probably because I am not on any monthly/ weekly pass - just plain credit (per use) and a 2GB (no validity period pass).

Is it me or it takes a bit longer for mobile data to like “kick in" after getting off WiFi?

Not sure if it's an issue with my eSIM but unlike Maxis, and even Yes. Mobile data works instantly after WiFi gets turned off or disconnected. With unifi, you'd have to wait like maybe 5 or 10 seconds?

did they bump the expiry from 90 days to 60 days? i just got a text that it is expiring and used the data abit and it still says the expiry is 60 days from today.
