Hai...anyone have slow connection previously and then complaint to TM/unifi and somehow complaint been resolved by them?


At the moment my area so congested..

Download 1.5mbps upload 8mbps

Unifi bebas weekly rm20

I use to have that kind of spèedtest max 1.5Mbps / 8Mbps.
But that was using USB modem..
Then i stop the weekly plan

Until i got a modded Huawei modem...those cheapo one selling at shoppe.
Initially use for YES konfem....then weirdly almost end of the subsription...like cannot hotpot unlimited nor working direct to LAN.

And then i use back Unifi bebas...wow..
Now the reverse..
8Mbps to 10Mbps ...but upload 1.5Mbps to 3Mbps.
Hahaha
Now party.
Maybe use other powerful device...like B618..B612 or B818?

I am using B618 now...


I test the slow connection around 1am..download 1.5mbps upload 6mbps


Then..after subuh..test again.
Download and upload 8mbps..

If 8mbps consistent..

I want to terminate my i150..huhu

Then i guess your area got many Unifi Bebas user.
That why 1.5Mbps...even though use B618

It could be many users in his area.
For my area, I'm using B618 = 7+Mbps DL and UL
My cousin using Tenda 4G680 = 7+Mbps DL and UL
a waste of money.

Im using tenda 4g680 modem and connected to my phone. I noticed the data balance is keep dropping even no one is connected to the wifi. Anyone knows why??

It's plug n play. I didn't change anything.
BTW, just to confirm if yours is B618s-65d?
B618s-65d support LTE band 5 in most area, whereas B618s-22d has band 38 which many areas DO NOT have.

My mum just mnp to unifi mobile last week. Now that mnp process is complete, i still cannot login to unifi mobile app. Whenever i try to login, an error said the number is not in the database.
Any1 have the same issue?

Speed unlimited 7mbps for 28 days actually a good price actually...

Enough for light user and small family like me

He is saying waste of money buying B618 for Unifi mobile. Cheap Tenda 680 also can do the job.

I’ve been using it for a year. It’s indeed a very very good alternative to Shitmyx which only support max 2mbps + intermittently DC in my area.
My usage is more or less 300gb monthly. It’s truly a good price if it has a stable connection in your area.

If we’re comparing the price,
Streamyx 8mbps = RM160/month. It costs RM1920 for a year.
Unifi mobile BEBAS = RM20 x 52weeks. It costs RM1040 for a year.
A different of RM880 saving for buying the B618 modem.
Even compared to shitmyx 2mbps, it’s still more pricier than unifi BEBAS.
In the end, it’s just a way of consolation to myself.

I think it took 2 to 3 business days to allow the system capture the setting and login to unifi mobile app. Kind of unexplainable stuff as everything sound not reasonable, but they did stated this on the faq page. Just gonna be patience.

Other than speed, stability and ping also offer by B618..

Actually bought B618 for i150..but cant afford now due to the price..

Agree..depend on usage..

So far looks stable..see how...

But no more HD streaming with 2-4 devices silmutaneously..haha
