If you have Unifi home package or biz package, can show this to them, no contract, only downside is call limited to 45 minutes, after that auto cut off, and video viewing set to 480p

Same here, reloaded and the system had issue. Waited till next morning and it shown successfully reload. Their backend look like not stable and solid. I with unifi mobile for 1 year+, have 3 lines in use by kids. Very good plan for kids, as pay as you use and they are low usage, so RM 100 spent on data and call minutes can last many months.

Ya, this is the best and cheapest package. Lucky we got few lines during the launched. Now only limit to 1 per user

If we willing to pay RM 10 for Sim card, do we allow to take more lines? Must do it at tm centre instead of apps?

Couldn’t log into the app, saying that the number doesn’t exist. But I’m still able to surf the net and make calls using the line. So strange.

Uninstall, and re-install... or go to setting and clear all cache/files and reset the app, re-login then will be good.

Yes she can register if not owning any unifi mobile SIM. Btw, the free data only 2GB vs last year 20GB x 5 lines smile.gif

gave the simcard to my sister to use last year, and one day received the following email, prior to that there was no warning email whatsoever. that was last year 2018.11 ..……
