QUOTE(abcn1n @ Sep 5 2019, 12:34 PM) You can't use unifi mobile sim for Huawei B618-65d right as I think that modem don't support LTE band 5? Sorry a bit confused here B618s-22D from Celcom, doesn't work coz lack of Band 5, and 40 but only Band 38 but it is sim locked only to Celcom SIM to use.B618-65d from Unifi, work coz got Band 5 and 40. |

If yes, I suspect they blocking hotspot already for new batch. |

I bought one unifi simcard for my house alarm. For the line to stay active, does it mean I have to take it out from the alarm box and transfer to my phone to use some data or calls every 90 days and place it back to the alarm box? Is there any alternative way to keep the line active without removing from the alarm box as it is placed quite high from floor level and a bit troublesome to remove and place in ..

It doesn't show up on your dashboard, you have to check on History > Add-Ons. If it still hasn't shown up, wait a few more days, you should get it within 7 days after reload, if not, contact them through live chat how mb of data i need to use monthly to reset the 90day validity period? ![]() |

If your alarm box is consuming data, I think it will stays alive forever as long as the data quota is not finished.Alternative, u can perform a top up every 89 days. Any amount will do. |

QUOTE(wailing81 @ Sep 6 2019, 01:41 PM) Is there any other way besides top up, as I have had enough balance in the simcard to make calls in case of the alarm being triggered.QUOTE(jsnhoh @ Sep 6 2019, 02:25 PM) If your alarm box is consuming data, I think it will stays alive forever as long as the data quota is not finished. The alarm is not consuming any data. Are you sure can reload any amount? From the app I see the reload amount is fixed at RM10, 30, 50, 100, like cannot enter custom amount.. if every 89 days top up RM10 also a lot, as the simcard is hardly to make any calls except triggered to do soAlternative, u can perform a top up every 89 days. Any amount will do. |
