But after 24 hrs my package also due already. This is the problem with TM. Always launch something and it break something else. To be safe, better take their new package after 6 months (for them to clean the problem).

If your phone only on 3G, it won't work. And your phone must support band 5 (TM use band 5 for LTE). Check your phone Communication specs on LTE.

Celcom network has issue at Kota Damansara area (29/08/2019 ~11:30am)?
I have 3 sim card from different Telco companies that used Celcom network. All these sim card stopped working (display SOS) around 11:30am at Kota Damansara area. Anyone has this problem?

When I changed my network to LTE the line is back online. If change to EDGE, the line is down. Problem solved...
