Today I bought the #Bebas 1 day (24 hrs) package. The speed test for download is only 0.5Mbps. I used to get 20-50Mbps. This package must use LTE. I think after TM launch their "Big" event yesterday, the LTE cannot handle the traffics.

My location is Kota Damansara. Chatted with support and they asked me to test back after 24 hrs. But after 24 hrs my package also due already. cry.gif

This is the problem with TM. Always launch something and it break something else. To be safe, better take their new package after 6 months (for them to clean the problem).

Your speed test is very very good. Are you using Postpaid package? Different package has different speed. If get unlimited package they limit the DL to 5Mbps.

The Bebas unlimited package only run on LTE. If your phone only on 3G, it won't work. And your phone must support band 5 (TM use band 5 for LTE). Check your phone Communication specs on LTE.

Celcom network has issue at Kota Damansara area (29/08/2019 ~11:30am)?

I have 3 sim card from different Telco companies that used Celcom network.
All these sim card stopped working (display SOS) around 11:30am at Kota Damansara area.
Anyone has this problem?

After made some testing, found out Celcom GSM network is down for ~2 hours.
When I changed my network to LTE the line is back online. If change to EDGE, the line is down.
