I reloaded RM30 to my Unifi Mobile Prepaid using its app with TnG Visa prepaid card, amount was deducted from TnG Visa but not reflected in the app's balance. What should I do, call up TnG or Unifi?

To maintain line validity, for Unifi mobile need to perform call or access internet at last on 89th day. Otherwise if you miss the date, and it's on 90th day need to topup RM10 to maintain line validity.

I'm a bit surprise this works for you for "few round"
According to their TNC, your line should deactivated for 90 days when you have no outgoing call or Internet or purchasing addon.
