 In this case since our rate is one (1) cent per block, you’ll be charged three (3)
cents. The calculation as per below:-
(Per minute/ 60 seconds) * call duration
= (20 cents/ 60 seconds) * 10 seconds
= 0.0033 * 10 seconds
= RM 0.03

I got the 5 free SIMs in 2018 and reloaded rm10, my free data/sms/call all used up, today in order to extend validity, I made a call for 6 seconds and my credit was deducted by 2sen. Tot it should follow t&c20 but instead the call was charged based on t&c19.
This call was recorded in HISTORY-PayPerUSe as "Prepaid Mobile Voice Off-net Mobile at rm0.02 / 7 sec.
