A question here

If let say we have RM2000 in SA. When we withdraw all of it, approximately how much will we get?

There will be some charges right?

and the price is based on the NAV value on the date+time SA sell for you
not the moment you click sell
*
Thanks!

So it's safe to say that the amount we get to withdraw is almost similar to what the system show us right?

Do report back how it goes for benefit of us here in the future, info like:
i. How much USD you see when initiating withdrawal
ii. How long it takes after clicking withdrawal before conversion and money appears back in bank
*
Currently still have no plan to withdraw. But who knows what will happen tomorrow haha

But if I do withdraw it I will update here.

Others feel free to share to. thumbsup.gif

Thanks!
Quite a good introduction to what SA is and the service they provide.

QUOTE(honsiong @ Apr 7 2019, 11:42 PM)
A better review would be financialhorse’s backtesting of stashaway vs other robo advisors from their asset allocations.

Second this
The link of the review mentioned if anyone is interested.

Hi all,
I tried 6.5%, 18% and 20%
The projection amount seem to be higher on the lower risk

Does anyone know how do they calculate the amount?

QUOTE(StashAway@WhatsApp)
[11/04, 12:12] StashAway: Hi, thanks for keeping in touch with us! The portfolio projection is based on your real amount of investment + assuming any planned monthly or one-time transfer you've indicated. These projections are net of management fees (calculated based on our tiered fee structure) and assume an increase within the inflation rate.
[11/04, 12:14] StashAway: However, there has been a visual bug reported in our projection graph and the amount display might not be correct or accurate. Our team is looking into the issue and we are currently working on improving the projection tool as a whole.

However, this requires the efforts from multiple stakeholders, which will take some time and we do not have a definitive timeline for the overhaul.

Although we are unable to disclose a definitive timeline, we are targeting a release in the early second-half of 2019. We hope to seek your kind understanding on this and please rest assured that we will reach out to you, once the new projection tool has rolled out.

Do let us know if you have any other questions and have a great week ahead smile.gif

i prefer weekly because the fluctuation wont be that drastic
*
QUOTE(honsiong @ Apr 13 2019, 10:03 AM)
I do weekly because stashaway rebalances your portfolio by selling overperforming securities and buying the underperforming ones. If you keep depositing cash you can also reduce allocation error from target, and prevent selling from happening.
*
Alright
Thanks for the guidance sifus
But will deposit again when myr is a bit better maybe
