Is there any downside if I invest in small amounts every week? e.g. if I will be paying more 'fees' if I break down my top ups into several trxs instead of one lump sum etc.
Kinda new to this. |

QUOTE(Ancient-XinG- @ Apr 1 2019, 09:42 PM) QUOTE(tadashi987 @ Apr 1 2019, 10:11 PM) nope you wont, because SA charge you by your whole portfolio in a yearly basis management fee 0.8% Thanks both. Cheers! they dont charge like brokerage on each sell and buy transaction that's why majority of us here practise DCA like your mentioned approach |

QUOTE(Ancient-XinG- @ Apr 3 2019, 09:22 PM) you need to understand what you invest.... no just see wow got new investment gear. Masuk only... Cause there is a chance that the business defaults and you don't get your money back?P2P and ETF are 2 totally different thing.... ETF is ETF... around stocks P2P is lending money aka ah long. But this time around you become ah long instead but paper tiger ah long. Risk - 2 also huge different Return - 2 also huge different But I tell you P2P risk is super high. |

QUOTE(roarus @ Apr 3 2019, 09:59 PM) Attended the event today and spoke to Amanda (Head of Client Engagement) regarding the long time drag StashAway Malaysia is experiencing. She acknowledges they've been receiving feedbacks regarding this and said the delay came from Saxo. All SA could do is pester Saxo to process MYR convert and purchases quicker so far. No idea how long it'll take to push things faster. Can Malaysians open a StashAway SG account? So for the foreseeable future, if you have access to Singapore bank account and would like morning transfer and overnight purchase - go with StashAway Singapore. There's no way to transfer your holdings from a Malaysian account to a Singapore account too, so you need to open up a StashAway Singapore account, withdraw from SA MY and deposit into SA SG. |

I think today MYR has gone down the drain. First time seeing such a positive currency impact.

Question about the boost voucher. If I already have 6 months free management fees, once I apply the voucher it will become 9 months?

Is there a limit on the referrals that you can get? If I get to refer 6 people, does the management fee exclusion promo stack?

QUOTE(shodan11 @ May 27 2019, 01:22 PM) I only got 5k in SA..on risk 36 joined last year. Highest gain +300, now +3. Will just forget about it & lets see how it goes long term. Hopefully I wont regret topping up/withdraw all after 25 years when I retire. I only have like 3k. I just leave it there like you as well, similar to what I did to my unit trusts in Fundsupermart. |
