How you guys transfer $$$ in MYR to your account?
Why I can't transfer using my Citibank Online to the stated Citibank account number?

---> Local Citibank account method (3rd party account transfer) not GIRO

I also use Citibank online to fund SA. The bank transfer failed but the JOMPAY option works.
No fee was charged for JOMPAY.

There was one time i failed to transfer thru GIRO.. then i did with jompay.. but seems like jompay is even slower.. lol

I chatted with the Live Chat CS.
They have no idea at all.

Last i tried in January also cannot, now still the same, no idea why

JomPay is paying to StashAway
GIRO is transferrring fund to Pacific Trust.
Shouldn't be JomPay faster?

I also not sure why lol.. maybe because i transferred on sunday using jompay so it appeared later..? Because all the while when i transferred using GIRO, it appeared in my acc on monday..

At when you initiated the GIRO transfer so that it appears in your account on Monday?

I either do it on friday night or saturday.. then that one time when i used jompay is on sunday.. and then it only appeared on tuesday..

Friday night, Saturday and Sunday == weekend since banks off

Conclusion: JomPay on Tuesday; GIRO on Monday

pretty sure this is a noob question but how much min capital I need for Stashaway ETF?

not yet register, just wanna use SA for fun and see how is it like, hence the reason just 1K first. Plan to go for the highest risk..
