StashAway is reoptimizing portfolio, just in time when US & UK gov bond yield inverted.

user posted image

For risk 18%, they seem to have almost gotten rid of corporate debts (CWB), and they increase exposures to emerging markets also. rclxms.gif

What do you guys think?
*
Cash will be in myr

The cash 1% is just to tank your portfolio fee for 6-12 months without selling ur other assets in case you dont do further deposits.

BTW Which risk level are you on?

At 36% risk currently and it shows cash (usd) target weight  at 69% when current weight is at 1%? Seems odd

Did u click into the details of each category to see the changes?
The allocation of etf type didn't change for some risk but the individual etf changed.

Dca consistently
Cash for emergency is a must

Also time in the market > timing the market

Unless you really can forsee the future and know that recession is coming soon. Then why not hehe

Are there any charge for withdraw? Say I plan to withdraw rm1350, do I get exactly rm1350?
*
QUOTE(Gabriel03 @ Aug 21 2019, 05:00 PM)
There is 0. 1% conversion charge back to RM.
*
But if it isnt his overall portfolio. I think SA will withdraw the exact RM1350 right?
Not very sure. Will contact their cs about it

QUOTE(annoymous1234 @ Aug 21 2019, 11:05 PM)
Do u mean if withdraw all then got charge?
*
No matter its full withdrawal or partial, there will be always a 0.1% conversion fee. This is the same when we are depositing.

QUOTE(Gabriel03 @ Aug 21 2019, 11:21 PM)
Withdraw all or partial has the same 0.1% conversion rate.

What neverfap is trying to say is he wanders if the 0.1% conversion which be charged on the withdrawal amount or the remaining invested amount.

Example:
If you hold more than RM 1350, when you withdraw RM 1350, will Rm1350 appear in your bank account?

In that case you get RM1350, the 0.1% charge will be deducted from your remaining invested amount.

In the case you get 0. 1% less of RM 1350, that means the charge is taken from the withdrawal amount.

It's something to be verified with CS.

Stashaway CS:
The 0.1% will be charged to the withdrawn amount. In your case, ( ignoring the currency movement ) you will be receiving RM999.

Hope this clarifies smile.gif Do reach out if you have further enquiry and we are happy to assist you.

RM 50000 x 0.8% p.a = RM 400 per annum?

Maybe some error in calculation from collingwood

If 100k then I think will be 750 p.a. since it's 0.7% for the next 50k. Correct?
