I have been wondering for 2 to 3 months how SAMY still maintaining the projected return of 2.4% pa while PMMMF has been reduced to 1.9% pa.
It's so generous for SAMY to fork their own war chest to subsidize for the gap return.

Isn't the whole point of StashAway (or ETF) investing to "invest and forget"? let gold drop if it drops ; let it rise when it rises.

At one point my portfolio was merely 3% IRR as well but just keep the discipline and market will do the rest. 100% Pretty damn sure someday the bull will drop and the unrealistic gains will be "normalised" but in longer scale of things it really does not matter if there's something else to cushion the shocks.

Anything above 10% IRR to me is already a good return - especially if it doesn't require much of efforts on our end.

I don't know what went wrong or it is normal: SAMY keep buying GLD for me, in both my risk 36% & 22%.
My GLD weigtage now is 16.47% for R36% and 19.66% for R22%. But SAMY keep buying GLD in my current weekly DCA...
Is Gold cheap now? Or SAMY see what we cannot see: the Gold price will sky rocket soon?
Perhaps my understanding of GLD in this etf is totally wrong.....

Did anyone try DCA daily in stashaway? Meaning if i plan to invest about RM500 per month, setup daily recurring standing instruction to invest RM20 daily?

I am not even sure how was it a good thing. Tesla is EV company, doesn't have any relation with crypto.

It was like telling Maybank (or any bank), TNB, Top Gloves, or even EPF buy crypto is a good thing.

Kenanga Investment Bank revealed on Monday that it had received a Digital Investment Manager license from Securities Commission Malaysia. The newly granted license allows for Kenanga to operate a robo advisor.

Getting pretty crowded soon. Hopefully Kenanga is taking the etf route rather than the unit trust route which would be the easiest for them and also contributing to the earning of their own fund house.

Not easy in HK because there are many competitors with cheaper fees to buy direct ETFs rather than using robo which is not efficient enough

Will be interesting to see because headed by former Blackrock alumni and also whether the ETFs are more skewed to China tech

my cousin showed me his UK equivalent of stashaway ( only available for UK residents) the fees is 0.15% only
