i only able to get around 6.5 hour sot with wifi or data on ,they told me usually can get around 9 hour sot ,should i take to samsung service to check my phone battery?

There are two possibilities:
1) A reboot without clearing the cache might have fixed your battery draining issue. Have you tried it before clearing the cache?
2) Or clearing the cache really did solve your issue. In that case, it will be reflected immediately. No need to wait for the next charge cycle.

Go to developer option and change the smallest width to slightly larger value. Becareful though, it will change every rendered item size. After reboot it will reset back to default value you set in display.
