Anybody experience trading in their phone at Samsung Store? Is it very very hard?Thinking of trading in my Note for S10e. I had a very bad experience before in Lowyat Plaza Samsung Store when trying to trade in my iPhone X to Note.

Bought my UAG Plasma from this seller and they ran out of KFC vouchers so they gave me a cash rebate instead! They couriered RM5 in cash to me with the case

Collected mine s10+ at maxis centre nu sentral today. Really happy the ceramic black.
512gb a bit heavy, but still ok la. But the free clear case, once put it, and really hard to take out weyy. Really need TPU case. |
