Thanks. If that’s ok can you show a screen print of the max size font for the FB app?
And you are on 15.2?

Thanks. for some reason, it seems to have a max limit to the reszing. Going any further up will not increase the FB app font size any more.
For my iphone 13, the font size are bigger.

Yes. On the xs max they seems to be a max limit to the maximum font size. Odd thing is, my iPhone 13 text is bigger than the xs max. So wasted the bigger size screen to make the fonts bigger for the xs max.
Yeah. Reset the phone. Same.

But the screen shot you show. That’s already the max size For the FB app right? Can’t go more bigger the fonts?

on phone level can go larger using the accessibility settings but on fb it won't go larger than the standard max size though..i'm not sure if it's influenced by the screen to body ratio..XS max ratio is lower than iphone 13..

Anyone uses fast charger for the XS Max? Is it safe/long term good for the battery life?

I’m looking at this UGreen 20W fast charger:
https://shopee.com.my/product/331309804/115...56-1652864377.9

From 0-80% in 1 hour is indeed quite impressive (or so they claim). Not sure if it actually works compared the ori charger.

Anyone got similar experience? Cheers

My iPhone XS Max is around 3 years+ and battery level at 89%.

Everything works great except for when I use Waze sometimes it gets super hot and hangs.

NFC is always enabled. No option to turn it off or on.

my Xs Max has battery status of 60% health.

a) should i replace it?
b) seem there is an original water resistant seal - once open, it would not be able to replace?

i would recommend replacing it in authorized apple reseller like Machines/ Switch, they charges rm349 (https://www.machines.com.my/pages/service-labour-charges) but at least you dont get further issues, often people change battery from third party repair shop will lead to more issues later, especially screens.

back to your question (a) if you should replace it, i guess if you could live with it then you don't need to, if the battery is too weak and runs out very quickly then just get it replaced, or if no budget constraint then just upgrade the phone all together. smile.gif

going back to Machines - the original seal should be replaced and water resistant rating still apply back right?

Recently dropped my iphone XS max and the screen was a bit cracked. Still able to use it like normal until recently when kena rain water - i think some of the water seeped into the screen (although i had a screen protector on it).

Phone screen flicker then fade and now it's totally black. Question:
1. Anyone know where I can fix/change the XS Max screen in affordable pricing? How much is the avg market price?
2. Should I try to wait and dry it out for a few days?

The phone is still on as I can hear the lock/unlock sound, and I can toggle the silent button. Just the screen is dead, totally black.

Havent back up sumore haha
