not sure if due to digi doesn't have low frequency band unlike other telcos..what i noticed each time the signal drops from 4g to 3g, ongoing call will be easily dropped..

Hey guys, anyone purchase 2nd hand XS Max before from resellers? Any good and safe recommendations ah.

Looking to buy a 2nd XS Max after my current one died and cannot revive. Abit worried seeing those recon or refurbished units as not sure the insides are original and whether they changed up the screen etc (plus the price also not that cheap, still around RM2K+).

Do you guys know if there's any computer software to check whether the insides (screen, battery, camera) are not original? Am afraid to buy 2nd hand from garage sale or carousell as not sure if those are recon units as well.

Hi. May I know what happen to your XS Max? I also bought a 2nd MY unit from the Garage Sales. So far mine was quite good.

My XS Max is original from machines but recently can't be booted and i google seems like motherboard issue haha. So was looking around to get a 2nd hand XS Max since i still got phone cases etc and no money to buy the newer Max which is around RM5-6K.

Anyone experience more frequent heating and throttling in ios15 with xs?

Just bought 2nd unit in Carousell. Batt health 85%.
Kinda huge compare with my iphone12 mini.

have anyone upgraded to ios15 for the xs? want to check if it degrade battery life or not.

Upgraded at end of September and till today battery health is still at 85% and battery performance kinda same with ios14

i just bought a used XS Max for my mom.
Got a bigger screen for her for obvious reasons.

Odd thing is, I noticed that for example, apps like Facebook, even though I turned the text size to max, the text on the apps are still quite small.
I myself am using the smaller regular Iphone 13 but the size of the FB app on my phone is much bigger. (also adjusted via resizing the global text size option)
I am not sure why the dynamic text in the XS Max FB app cannot be increased further. Like it as a max limit or something.
Those using the phone, can test and advise?

mine is working just fine..tested on fb and it followed the dynamic text sizing..
