I think it is normal since if you can hit the max speed that tm limit then just not a problem.

Anyone facing abit high latency and abit packet loss with ovh singapore?
The issue has happens in yesterday and today about after 6pm.
Just now i already sent a email to TM,now waiting them to solve the problem...
Yesterday i contact OVH,they told me TM connection overload...Today again...

Which server ip and location your are feeling lag?
The OVH SG recover after 10-11pm last night.
OVH SG told me they had contact TM,but no replied yet.
My email report to TM also no reply...

Update 1:
TM replied me via email 10min ago that they will investigate the issue.

Update 2
TM sent a update about the issue that they had forward to the relevant department for solving the issue.

So weird,my ip 175.1451.125.X only get less than 10ms from OVH SG.
Seems like my routing is different from you to connect OVH SG.
Can share your traceroute to sgp.smokeping.ovh.net ?
I can send to tm for them to investigate.

Seems like TM also having problem to worldwide network.
To Telstraglobal having serious packet loss.


I just remember that Cloudflare having BGP leak problem...thats why some ip routing got problem..

Yes and no,i am using the previous OVH Discovery Asia that the first batch of server in Singapore of OVH.
I have a VPS in OVH SG that is no longer sell and now new user only allow to get a cloud server with topup at least $40.
Same network for all server(VPS,Dedicated Server,Cloud Server) in OVH SG,but bandwidth should be different and server resource is also different.(Cloud Server should be better)(VPS's CPU shared,so abit lower performance but also quite okay)

For Network Part- 100% win all cloud server in singapore but speed is slower with 100mbps/250mbps.
Linode / DO/ Vultr using the same peering to TM Unifi malaysia.(sometimes can get about 10ms but most of the time 40+ms)
But recent few days, TM seems like having overload network to some international server.
So sometimes different pipe get congestion i think...(today very serious problem lo...)

NewMedia Express in Singapore also a good hosting company with about 10ms.( I am using a NAT VPS with another hosting company that using NewMedia Express Singapore)

No problem for me at JB.

TM's Network overloaded probably...
Every years got few days like this...
Report and they might reset port and speed will comeback awhile.
And better send them a traceroute that having problem to tm for them to proof the problem.

It is normal for TM unifi,since the speed cant 100% full speed due to various condition affect.
Unless you found out that the difference more than 20% then it confirm got problem.

It is last 4 characters or digit of mac address

So far u are the only one having this special plan.

Mesh wifi should be the cheapest way for wifi roaming, otherwise u will be facing disconnect or unstable when changing ap connection,unless u can accept few second of no network connection,then multiple AP/router can be use(dont use super cheap cheap AP or router).

even netflix got caching server in malaysia,it also route like shit.

Normally can disable on router side.
Most network problem for unifi is cause by TM shit routing,only sometimes if tm doing maintenance to their network or area maintenance will having no internet or low speed internet.
If totally no internet probably cause by fiber optic break or area maintenance.

Example u can see different routing changed from unifi to facebook in every few hours.
Especially to USA based server,TM always got routing problem every few days and will recover within hours.

Add 1:
IPv4 and IPv6 to same server may having very high difference latency
To OVH Singapore
IPv4 only about 10ms
IPv6 will up to 70+ or 200+ms with difference time and routing.
