Anyone who encountered this tried doing a packet capture with Wireshark or something to see what's really going on and to obtain evidence?

Don't think is DNS. As far as I know, only a http hijack and redirect can make Windows and phones auto popup a webpage.

If can reliably get the popup, maybe you can try use Wireshark to see how they trigger the popup. If can get evidence that they hijack connections etc maybe we can do something about it like report to authorities.

Never seen masking tape in any Unifi or Streamyx installations.

This picture doesn't show how the popup is triggered or prove that the Internet connection is intercepted. Probably need to use Wireshark and capture from the moment that a Windows PC tries to verify connectivity by connecting to www.msftncsi.com.

Me and my friends do not face any disconnections or popups in the past weeks as well. Don't know if TM is only targetting certain users and what are the factors such as location, broadband plan, IP range etc that determine who gets the popup.

Maybe use splitter if want connect both to TEL1.

IP range got issue? I'm on 175 for few weeks already and no issues. Maybe location is a factor too. But I have IPv6 enabled though.

Usually from TM pillar to FWS inside house does not require any join. Only a single cable with connector on both ends.

TM suddenly use back the HyppTV name for the 100% discount haha

Saw the RM10 upgrade at a roadshow last time. But some can get upgraded without the additional RM10 while some can't although on same plan. Don't know why. Maybe depends on which section the staff click on the management site to surface a certain plan or the age of the account.
