My ori set aso like that

the latest firmware version is R1FA037.
ive installed this (3rd party method) firmware for over 1 month now. my w910 hasnt restarted once yet in over a month

R1FA037 and R1FA035 have no diff actually.they are both the same fw but for diff regions

anyone knows how to fix my w910 problem? urgent.. pls help

the language file is messed up frm ur previous update.apparently urs is a ap set,u update with SEUS so it automaticly chosen the russian pack for u.

2 ways now.1 is to bring to service centre to reflash to local firmware,2 is to change the language file urself using modding programs,i nt sure how to do this.u have to google urself and pls make sure u know wat ure doing.it might mess up ur phone even more

My new sms-es do not appear in my inbox!

So i cannot read them if im in inbox when the message comes in. The icon will stilll appear at the top tho.

I can only read new messages if i press 'yes' when the new message pop-up comes in while im at the main screen,
or when there are more than 1 new messages and the separate pop-up appears,
or when i press 'new events'

and after i read them, they still do not appear in my inbox.

help =(

edit: sent sms-es do appear in sent messages folder tho

check ur phone date.inbox arranges messages according to date.i kena few times oso

i have flashed both on my 910 and the r1fa037 performs faster especially when MEDIA is raised,like when browsing through alot of songs,the searching is faster.

okay it makes full sense now. i did procrastinate setting the correct time and date
when i restarted my phone lol. im so embarassed

or it need to use 3rd party software to flash it??

Why you want to flash it ? Latest for our region is R1FA035.
Use computer SEUS update also can, OTA also can. Depends.

urs ap set or ori set?if ori set dun nid to worry using SEUS.but if ap set u might get it work or u might not,and u may get the wrong language file for ur phone resulting in some alien languages

you guys dont have battery getting "fatter" or bloating issue?

using ori set.battery lasted frm last year jan till now

i see, i wonder how much does an ori battery cost.

Using AP set but battery provided is original. No bloating battery problem lol =.=

Try chainging to Ori battery.. So far pretty much satisfied with the quality. Price is kinda high. Around 80 bucks or more

i asked around in a mall near my place, some sell RM100+, some as low as RM40, all claim as ORI...

when i see the battery, it looks exactly the same (same as mine too), with chinese wordings and made in china...

i check sony ericsson website, the battery displayed also has chinese wordings... ^^||

so i really dunno what to get..
gonna check out the Sony Ericsson shop in Sunway Pyramid this weekend.
