I've not bought anything from Pristine before or do not realize about the shop's name if I've ever been to Pristine. So therefore I can't give my comments about them.

I've been trying to scout around for a good Lian Li casing but it seems that there's no one in Penang carrying the brand of Casings anymore.

hmmm most of the time i'll go to PC-depot... due to cheaper price compare to others
or u guys can try out CMS or CPT... cheaper price if u're a dealer tho =)

CMS & CPT..Both is distributor..For sure their price is cheap but not every product though...

I would never buy anything from PG shops. they are overpriced, the only shop i find it reasonable is Pristine. Oh well, we have the bulk n garage here, so no worries.

My experiences with Penang shops

Pristine Wireless -My favourite, very reliable service, and until the workers changed recently they were also very friendly and informative. Current workers still quite friendly, but kind of blur blur. At least they still process RMAs properly. Prices sometimes not the best, but the service more than makes up for it.

Gadgetzone -Good shop, ok service, but sometimes lousy selection of high performance stuff. They tend to prefer selling so called 'high end stuff ' which noobs tend to buy. RMA is very slow, usually more than a month.

Active Xtreme -Nice high end stuff here, but sometime pricey. And they only sell certain brands, eg Abit, Thermaltake, Logitech.

PC depot -Sometimes have good prices, but a lot of high end stuff is hard to find there. Good place to shop for casings and LCDs though, or just to have a look. Place is like a showroom.

Sim Technology -great place to get accessories and cables. Good price, decent RMA. And he has a lot of interesting fans..lots and lots of fans (kipas la, not peminat)

Mega Online - Rather unremakable shop. Prices are hardly ever competitive and the stuff is often boring.

AArado -like mentioned, massively overpriced shop in BJ. Not much worth getting except a few hard-to-find accessories. The guy is good at talking though..probably how he convince people to buy his !@#!$ expensive stuff.

High end stuff at good prices is very hard to find in Penang..get from bulk also easier..

SwissPac is in the middle of BJ, about 5-7 shops to the left of Gadget Zone

Wah , How come this thread become good and bad shop located at Penang. Why dont we just create a thread that do a vote for those shop.
