Its not in the same block as Khaleel, its the other building with the Nasi Kandar Istimewa shop, ground floor. Nothing much there that you would be interested in, KC. At least they're up to date enough to have a demo system with a C2D, Badaxe 2, and 8800GTS. Compare that to anything in sg dua and you'll die laughing...      But price wise still not very nice (nothing compared to BJ), though better than sg dua. And most of their stuff on their price list isn't put on display. So far the only stuff I found worth considering are the SATA to IDE adapters (RM25) and the recond 15' LCD (RM299, 1-3mths warranty).
