I'm using Nvdia Shield TV which has Gigabit Ethernet port.

Any wireless air mouse that is compatible with Gen 3 TV box? My old Mx3 wireless mouse is not working well with the device. I can see the mouse cursor moving about on the screen. But I can't select any items and it is also not responding to OK button. The standard remote control is difficult to navigate the screen.

Have you tried downloading Google Home and linking your Google account to both your phone & Unifi TV Box?

I have linked my Google account to the TV box during setup. How is Google Home works with Unifi TV box?

Connect to the same home Wi-Fi and sign in with the same Google account, the app will automatically detect and tag your Unifi TV Box.

From there, you can control the box either with remote-style buttons or by using a cursor.

Just received new box…need to connect with wifi or LAN?

Either way also can, for stability use Lan.

Try downloading Unifi TV 2.0 app on your smartphone and sign in there first.

Basically just start the box and do necessary setup and update everything as possible, firmware check to latest, play store, all preloaded apps.

Then wait account migrated then only use.

Yup had to wait account migrate then can use unifi tv 2.0. Just try to login 2.0 apps on ipad no success

mine force-closed today woh.. 2-3 times reopen then ok.
