You’re right. Unifi TV won’t broadcast EURO 2024 on its platform (Ch 706–707).

While we got complimentary access to SPOTV NOW, we still have to purchase EURO 2024 Pass separately through the app. 2 SPOTV Stadia dedicated channels will broadcast the tournament.

Similar situation to beIN Sports Connect with Rugby World Cup Pass before this.

"We are not official broadcaster" is a funny line. SPOTV is. But TM can broadcast it if they pay for it.

Uneefai seem wont pay for this kind of sport and lose money. Azzreroo no choice lose money also must do. If they dont so then close shop

The questionable HD quality of its channels is another issue..

Note that if you're a Celcom Digi user, Euro is RM30 on SPOTV now (2 devices, 1 Android TV, 1 Mobile)

I’m on both iPhone 14 Pro & iPhone SE 2 devices, it’s a bug I guess.

If some media companies are the official broadcaster, they should be paying a lot of thousand Ringgits

GEM is to be ceased by KC Global Media on July 31, 2024 😔 The brand will continue as a VOD channel afterwards (for the time being).

History: GEM has arrived in Malaysia:

- First via silently-defunct Sirius TV circa March 2021.
- Unifi TV then picked the channel on October 1, 2021.
- Tonton continues to offer GEM bundled with Animax through a TontonUp subscription since April 23, 2023.

On demand would still be available after the linear channel enda, but I think only old shows will be available. No new shows will be added
