Anyone using Unifi TV app on Android TV when watching TV3 it always stutters (image freeze but sound still on going) then suddenly image catch up with sound. Few minutes later it happen again. Why ah?

try test on phone. see if that is the case

Thanks to the auto-PQ by default with no option to change it on both mobile & Android TV apps, this thing occurs frequently.

It happens every time you change the channel.

First, the PQ came out horribly, then when it gradually stabilized, it stuttered for 10-15 seconds before the visual caught up. THEN it stutters again, THEN it catches back UNTIL the highest possible PQ streams. All this while audio streams are unaffected.

This Unifi TV app sucks bad, bugs are still here and there; they’ve done nothing to fix it. It’s truly frustrating.

looks like im not the only one also..

yep TV3 always keeps stuttering/lagging. im on Amazon Fire TV Cube. somehow, other channels is ok, no problem.
internet is ok too.. other streaming all ok (Netflix/ hotstar)

Okay now it's settled then. Known issue but they not doing anything about it sigh...

5 channel ceased on astro and 1 channel Unifi tv begining 1 April 2024.

So end up hits now is replace paramount.

Makes sense tho. It's easier to watch anime legally in SEA through youtube via MUSE Asia channel. Also remember this is not the first time an anime pay tv channel ceased to be here. AniOne also went bust

IINM ANIMAX also stopped airing once and reappear after that

By the way... Disney+ Hotstar price hike incoming so let's see how's that gonna affect UNIFI TV packs with it bundled

Price hike is for premium, which can up to 2160p resolution.

for unifi tv they will maintain and standard cheapest package which stay 1080p.

i dun think they can raise price until the contract is over.

Yes most probably TM had a 'special' rate with Disney+ Hotstar

Well just have to wait and see the ripple effect after the end of contract

Otherwise, they will just have to absorb the difference which is unlikely in this everything price up era

Huawei EC2108E (1st gen Hypptv STB) vlan 600 click channels black screen & no audio.


Huawei EC6108V8 vlan 600 all channels are working.


Unifi Plus v3 vlan 500 all channels are working. Unable to get vlan 600 to work.

All devices are using the same user id except Unifi Plus.

Any users still using Huawei EC2108E encounter the same issue? started since yesterday.
