Yes. All the new HBO channels (including Cinemax) will not be included in the existing (aka discontinued) Ultimate Pack. To continue watching these channels after this month, you need to upgrade to the Ultimate Plus or Ultimate MAX Pack. New packages, which will include the HBO channels, will be introduced this early October. Remember this. Any upgrade, that includes either Netflix or HBO or both, will renew your contract for 24 months because of the free UPB box being delivered to your house once the upgrade has been approved. Therefore, please consider changing your current Internet plan to the latest offer because they will save you a lot, and you won't feel so burdened about the 24 months contract.

Upgrade before Oct. The price is so good. Rm69.90 for ultimate plus gets everything. Netflix hbo go disney all channels. Price will go back to rm99.90 after promo ends 30 sept.

What happen if there is a new pricing on Unifi Broadband where same speed at lower price. Do we also enjoy the new lower price when we are already in a 2 year contract?

Yes. So far, only the HBO channels are affected because they're part of HBO Pak. In most Asian countries, the HBO channels are being offered as part of a mini pack called HBO Pak, which also includes access to the HBO GO app.

Select a category and press on the channel you're looking for. You'll see which packs the channel is being offered in. The orange Ultimate Pack is the old one while the silver and gold Ultimate Packs are the new ones. Both HGTV and Cartoon Network will remain as part of the old Ultimate Pack instead of being exclusive to the new ones. It's still uncertain whether upcoming channels will be included in the old Ultimate Pack, but you don't need to change anything as long as you're satisfied with your current channel line-up (aka. without HBO and Netflix).

The 2 years contract is meant for Unifi TV only unless you change your Internet plan too. Not sure about the price reduction. Unless it's mandatory, I don't think it's applicable to those who changed their plans before the new price comes into effect. So, my suggestion is to wait until the new prices have been made official before you start messing with your plans if the price is your major concern right now.

i upgraded to MAX (90+10 netflix 4k) with iptv 24 mths contract; broadband unchanged, out of contract.

in future, if i upgrade broadband w/tv pack, the whole package will be renewed for 24months.

if there is somehow a 500 or 800mbps priced lower than what i pay now (800mbps RM119), i can downgrade, 24months contract on its own.

but i strongly doubt that scenario will arrive.

okies, so the tv package will not affect the 800Mbps. I think I'll upgrade tomorrow then.
And I just read the FAQ, seems like can reuse existing Netflix account.

Netflix will continue to charge you separately for your existing subscription until your Netflix account is linked to your Unifi TV Pack. If your existing Netflix subscription is billed through Apple, you will need to manually cancel your Apple billing arrangement to avoid being double billed for your Netflix when you activate your Netflix plan.

23. I have an existing Netflix account. Do I get to retain my previous viewing history on the app once I activated the access via Unifi?
 Yes, you will be able to retain the viewing history if your registered email address with Unifi is the same as your existing Netflix account. This is because you still maintain your login credential.
