Only Viu Paid members are entitled to Smart TV access. Smart TV viewing experience of Viu is only applicable for selected Smart TV devices:
- Designated Samsung Smart TV and
- Designated Sony Smart TV and
- Designated LG Smart TV and
- Apple TV and
- Smart TV casting via Google Chromecast for Android mobile devices, or via AirPlay exclusively for iOS mobile devices on Apple TV

What if we r using sharp smart TV then.... Unable to watch Viu premium in full quality? If that is the case I may choose iqiyi.

It depends on what you want to watch. Both have Chinese drama series, variety shows and movies, however, both license titles from different content distributors. If you love Astro Ria drama series, you should go for Iqiyi. If you want Discovery and ViuTV (HK) content, then go for Viu. I also try to decide this, but I choose Viu because of Discovery and ViuTV content. 😅

Just received sms from unifi asking me to activate my ultimate but still same problem, after key in everything n still received same answer. Eh, i am not an ultimate pack subscriber yet.

I can't register as well. was told by the support that I'm using old STB. lol. Told them can use app on mobile too. they said they will check and call.

I just contacted them as well and they tell me this: I will send the report to the sales department and the respective team will call back within 24 hours or the next working day

how come i can't find discovery on viu?  although I yet to activate.
