Today the app seems much better for me, only occasionally buffering but watchable at least. The white box keeps stuttering it’s so frustrating despite it being so high quality.

Lesser but once a while got round arrow stop then continue. Really potong stim to watch badminton now.

Just now I tried the app in my mobile when saw your posted. The Badminton match show very smooth and no issue for few minutes even better than before. Could be due to location? Or you may try to clear the app data & cache and login again to try out.

So, recently I figured out that my white Huawei STB can't connect to anything (can't watch unifi tv) after standby or powered off. It used to be fine. Not so sure when it started to act like this. Playing around with the network settings doesn't fix anything.

The only way to fix it is by rebooting my Huawei modem, which means the whole house will be down for a moment and that is quite an annoying solution.

Anyone has experience with this kind of issue before? Any tips on how to fix it?

Hi guys. Do you recommend subscribing to the RM20 per month additional charge to get the Unifi Plus Box or should I just get a android tv box and install Unifi PlayTV?

My silver STB died. Saw that the white STB can be purchased from Shopee but the Unifi Plus box claims to support 4k content. Does it mean Unifi TV has 4k contents now?

Can anyone know why my HyppTV box cannot redeem the monthly free VOD voucher? The guide says Click on the movie, and next step is key in the voucher code. But mine straight to PIN only. Weird, like its missing a step in between.

Anyone comes across same thing, or is it just me?
