Can I ask anyone facing the problem whereby tv image will occasionally lag but the sound is fine, I am using the white stb box . Tried restart the modem and router and also ask TM to reset the port.

My relative just sign up the plan without stb one but got unifi@playtv acc access. Can I get the white STB from shoppe
