Youtube/Kodi on the plus box can play 4K video though. call CS they said network issue.. sigh |

Hi guys, how come I can't play any video on playtv@unifi on iPad?
I just subscribed to unifi 100mbps last month, it comes with a few unifi TV channels. I installed the app today and logged in with my unifi account but all videos cannot be played. Anyone knows what's the problem here?  |

Just got home, turned on the new UI of unifi TV Media Box (white STB), and it’s lagging as f*** I can’t stand the patience.
And since majority of you guys who got the new Plus Box, experiencing low bitrate live TV especially, I should add to wishlist first until all those got settled. |

I can't seem to turn off the subtitles. Anybody find out how? Or maybe the new ui can't turn off subtitles? Can't stand to see subtitles in English programmes.
