i really like unifi plus tv UHD, really 4k pictures. i can install Amazon Prime and watching in defination 4k. i can watching youtube in 4k video.
unifi plus tv UHD can connect with wifi 2.4ghz and 5ghz. we can play both of them unifi stb white calor and unifi plus tv UHD. meaning in my house, the black box at my dining and the white calor box in my room.
but netflix still error. can't play on unifi plus tv UHD.

I had the same issue before. Called technical support to reset my password and then managed to succesfully login.
But the unifiTV app video quality is worse than white STB. They are using lower bitrate which is very frustrating.
We are paying extra RM10 permonth for the worse streaming quality. Let's report to SKMM together so we can get what we are paying for.

Youtube/Kodi on the plus box can play 4K video though.
