i play the online game Blade and Soul (NA server) for 4 years... since Nov 2019, game launcher start can't connect to the server... Game support say they didn't block any Telekom IP, so send report to Telekom... over a month and they still can't fix the problem...

i am sure the problem is on Telekom side.. because i can play the game with mobile data. i test 3 friend's house, 1 with streamyx 8mbps, 1 unifi 30mbps , both telekom line same problem! other one using Maxis fiber 30mbps no problem.

There are rare cases sometimes TIME, MAXIS FIBRE has same problem, but much smaller chance to none, most TM unifi have the problems, streamyx less

Hello! I'm not from malaysia. I'm from PH and having the same problem. I can't access the socialclub.rockstargames.com too. But I can access it with a vpn. I haven't tried playing GTA V/Online with VPN because I'm afraid of getting banned. I just got the game last 3 days on steam. Any idea how to fix it? Thank you in Advance. I'm sorry if I'm here even though I'm a Filipino. Cheers!

nope, it's just typical website not responding or not found error, like keep trying to connect until timeout

Hello, just reset your modem a few times to get an ip that is not banned by rockstar.

Restart your router at 12AM until you get a WAN IP address that starts with 115.132
Rockstar Games Launcher & Rockstar Social Club website loads very fast on my side

1. Don't ask me where to look for the WAN IP, google it
2. You may have to restart your router lots of times until you are able to get a WAN IP address like that. By lots, maybe 3 times, maybe 10 times, maybe 20 times, maybe 50 times. No specific times

Still have same issue. No way to fix it without constantly restarting my router? It's very annoying and too much of a hassle to play games

no longer an issue now but NAT became strict and everybody will left session after a few minutes in GTA 5 and thats what bringing me here

that happens to me sometime

but it really is depend on the connection condition between u and others

when u're lonely, feel like to mess with other ppl, and there's no one in the session

but when u feel like to be alone to sell ur business safely without anyone kacau, they always come in batch and eventually filled the session with full of players

i think the game quite dead right now as the game already aging and most people moved to most recent online game..

also can reset ur ip( can search on googlehttps://www.google.com/search?client=opera-gx&q=how+to+reset+ip&sourceid=opera&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8) and restart ur router

still got tons of ppl though

The worst IP of Unifi, 60.x.x.x. Try to avoid this IP. Sometimes it is quite annoying because my router keep connecting to 60.x.x.x. Only can successfully change to other IP start with 115.x.x.x, 175.x.x.x etc after 100 times of tries. Just avoid 60.x.x.x. This IP address is so annoying. Sometimes Unifi is keep forcing me to join 60.x.x.x no matter how many times I did restart my router.
