Hello! I'm not from malaysia. I'm from PH and having the same problem. I can't access the socialclub.rockstargames.com too. But I can access it with a vpn. I haven't tried playing GTA V/Online with VPN because I'm afraid of getting banned. I just got the game last 3 days on steam. Any idea how to fix it? Thank you in Advance.
