I suggest you watch this video for the comparison. What fasting will do VS keto.

Eat less carb is better than eating less.

Rmb, there is essential fat and essential protein, there is no essential carbs. In some of his channel he mentioned that human can actually live without any carb intake at all.

Keto is easy in Malaysia
Curry noodles no noodles
Pork noodles pork n lard only
Chap fan.... no rice.. chose meat tofu n veg
Nasi lemak..choose peanuts ikan billis cucumber n sambal only..lol
