Considering trying out Grab for the first time but appreciate if someone could listen to my situation and provide some insight.

Sadly I just got retrenched last week and after just purchased a new car (Honda city). I am trying to look for a new job but would like to try freelancing instead while doing ehailing part time. My question mainly is, is it worth doing Grab at all with a new car since I heard from people that once u start, everything about your car goes to hell ( from resale value to voiding car warranty and insurance ). I have searched around for concrete information especially regarding the voiding of warranty and insurance but to no avail. Appreciate it if any kind soul can enlighten me and suggest if whether I should proceed or not. Thank you for your help and understanding in advance.

Crap now more CB purposely make it more harder to earn insentive. Last time need min 40trip to earn insentive for weekend now need 45trip. Purposely make it hard for parttimer like me. Next time not surprised will increase more trip.

If you dun want to give insentive juz say lar fxxk CB Crap. Commission oredi so high 20% no MA. If dun earn insentive i really dun feel worth it to drive grab. Maybe I should start apply for maxim. I heard is only 5% comm. Any Maxim alpha here can help?

They want you focus as full time , dedicated driver and just loyal to Grab

For this year christmas' eve and new year's eve, what are your location to avoid? I think I want to avoid klcc and bb. Last year new year eve masyuk shah alam to klcc 80 ringgit but stuck there for almost 2 hours liao haha. Hope grab dont cb suddenly remove avoid location function on those days

They did say at the beginning that those credits will only be valid for 1 month. Basically they want drivers to do jobs to use up those credits without too much delay. I finished mine after 3 days, haha.

They want to achieve AI driverless discipline but with driver and no commitment of vehicles. Their vision is no smaller than CCP but incapable with talents. They won't care much about drivers and riders because grabcar is just a starting and they are venturing into every other possible fields.

Hi all need your guidance, how do u all handle the auto accept now since grab wont let me turn it off, i can't go for toilet break with ping keep on coming in, want to finish work also cannot, grab keep forcing me to take customer, is it ok to cancel rides when you want to finish driving?

Recently a rider reported "driver attitude" issue to me, caused my rating dropped by 0.02 points, wonder when i hv a bad attitude to the rider since everytime also i greet good morning/ evening and followed by hv a nice day. happy day. bla bla bla,,,,what he/she expect ahhhh, want a red carpet i think...
with such a lousy fare yet expected more than that...

Yesterday late evening received a booking to genting first world hotel in cheras, but i hv no intention to pick up the rider, so i said heavy traffic, just hope that he can cancel, but then he can wait and not gig to cancel by himself bcos he has 'car apps', ????? What is 'car apps' , seems like rider can leave the booking go online while can book others???!!! Ask me wait slow slow some more!

Morning guys and Merry X'mas. So grab say this whole week higher fare (sure or not?...). As for incentive for my state tue n wed 25,40,50 trips got RM's. Mon today, then thu til weekend sun 60,80,100 trips oso got bonus. TBB as usual only god n grab noe how they calculate n give it.

Any NS driver took this yesterday? I cancelled as not sure if its a bona fide trip or a robber

but for point 1 i know toll that we pass through from pick up point to drop off point is on the passenger..

what i mean was on the way to the pick up point before fetching the passenger we have to pass through a toll.. like that then how..

i try visit help center, it seems no way to claim for toll in that case.. can only claim for toll IF passenger refused to pay..

i google online check, some say if you pass through toll on the way to pick up point grab will reimburse you..

i also dont know dy now 

Nowadays pickup range is too high @,@, lots of time wasted just to pickup, if the fare is low will hurts even more @,@

Unusual friday and saturday evening in kv, traffic so clear less demand, fare are very low. Most are rm1 per km jobs yet struggling to get if outside city. Most major shopping mall plenty of cars lining beside waiting for jobs, no hopes if u r in sd mode. The problem is once u off the sd, possible to kena an unwanted opposite directions far jobs with lousy fare. So if sd no job i'll just let it be kosong go home rest.

Guys Grab just out new weekly incentive, the incentive for New Year （10pm - 3am）quite high.

Is it worth doing, and any advice/discussion？

Does being a platinum driver helps u earn more ah compared to if ur just silver member?

Platinum earn the least la because u only can cancel 3% out of those stupid jobs, and some of those platinum drivers play the most ultimate cancel game with riders to maintain the status. Highest status with worst ethics. U don't get whatever job priority from what i heard from platinum drivers. Only worth it if u feel that the grabbenefits promotion is too good for u.
