Any driver out there encountered this issue? Some of my friends experience this since yesterday, job cards coming in without fare and drop off point. Uber age are coming back soon or what?

What kind of dash cam did you all used ? I been thinking of buying dashcam for protection and recording passengers. Is it illegal to record rear passengers?

Hi, i baru lagi dalam grab car. In last 2 weeks i consistent get rm250 - rm350. I drive from 8.30am untill 4pm. Is that normal for other driver? Or its low than normal? Starting area bandar kinrara.

ordered a taxi to Melbourne airport

cost me 105 AUD, uber even more expensive at 120 AUD...
journey only 50km to the airport and took about 45 mins to reach..

then think back of malaysia, grab drivers really like lembu only get peanut 65 ringgit and most journey to and from KLIA is more than 50+km..

yea the fare is cikai like fuck.. the only saving grace is that there's no traffic jam in KV, else its really not worth it.
dont know whether grab purposely adjusted the fare to be lower since they estimate lesser traffic hence we can reach destination much sooner and therefore complete more jobs per hour to cover back the ciput fares..

anyway want to ask you all, since everyone here uses the equation 1km = 1rm as the minimum benchmark of whether we are making any money vs we are doing charity work..

what i would like to clarify is when you all say 1km = 1rm fare as minimum acceptable amount , do you all mean in gross or nett (after deduct 20% comission) fare?

Today another super lousy day. How lousy? Usually a 3km rm6 fare dest A -B. Today need to go from dest A to B to pick for free then go somewhere else 5km for rm7 fare. Beh tahan just after 1hr + charity driving. In this 1 hr+ completed 7 jobs only rm40+. Decided go home sleep rather than being lembu.

Its not like grab drivers can choose jobs now. All trips are auto accepted

i cancel or sidai the riders. few times i cancel trip in front of rider. when they ask, i simply said i don't want go there/place in my ban list etc and told them to report grab the auto accept feature cause more problem than manual accept. sometimes if i msg them place is in my grab app avoid list, they cancel on their own.

Now grab lcly only put auto accept, as an act of domination. This is why monopoly is bad, and without competition they will always gone next level. What happen if mycar etc also force AA? Both job come in together then sure got one rider kena game.

The only advantage of AA is less infrastructure upgrade required. Before AA server sure down nationwide once a few week during certain peak hour, after AA almost no downtime anymore.

This morning fetched a malay lady, rm8 for a 5km ride, usual old fare will be at least rm10+ in this jam hours. The moment she get in she said, Mycar? I said im grab, then she said opps her mycar call has been cancelled. I knew she calling both side so i ask what price mycar offered? She replied rm5 - rm1 promo, that's bloody cheap rm4 and half price of my "lousy" rm8 grab fare. So i think the recent significant fare drop in kv is becoz grab are in battle with the cheap mycar. But then becoz mycar driver have the flexibility to cancel their job "sesuka hati" else i won't get the job as the rider definitely will take mycar for halfprice.

Order mycar with short distance will cost them a lot of time

When i order grabcar. The monent i saw ciput fare. I straight ordee 6 seaters oe grabplus. Tired to play hide n seek games with driver as most likely will end up lose time n driver never appear.

Anyone knows how  the grab shell card works..last year grab sent me the offer to sign up and again ystdy they sent me i didnt sign up yet...just want to knw if any1 here using it and is there any catch to it or is it worth it

Today my first day driving, from 7am - 1pm, only get rm142.30 , i start from puchong and end up in ampang. Tried using "My Destination", all the way from ampang to puchong, totally no luck to grab a single soul, was thinking am i doing it right, cause i key in exactly my taman, or should i key in generally puchong? What's the hot location to avoid on your list?
