Thanks for your advice. Could be driver life hard to be discipline. Less water for sure. Eat not healthy for sure. Especially sometimes you don’t know where you will stop n rest. But I don’t expect I’m at that highest level of blood pressure which need doctor consult. From what I check from google, I like some kind that can die anytime due to the heart attack or stroke. But my personal feelings, still alright and just feel tired due to the drive day by day.Once a week need exercise if not regularly, imho
